Low-Chlo is committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience. Please review the information below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps regarding shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time


Shipping Methods

Low-Chlo systems are shipped using freight or specialized carriers, depending on the size and weight of the product.

The selected shipping method is determined at the time of fulfillment to ensure safe and secure delivery.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you select, your location, and the size/weight of your order.

The available shipping options and their rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises. There are no additional handling or packaging fees.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

  • 7–14 business days from the date of order processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be limited depending on the carrier.


Delivery & Inspection

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your package for any visible damage.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Do not attempt to use or install damaged equipment.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays

  • Additional shipping or re-delivery costs caused by address errors may be charged to the customer
