Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@low-chlo.com.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: items returned without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.

We offer free return shipping, and there are no restocking fees.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at returns@low-chlo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not designate any items as final sale. If you have specific questions about your product, feel free to reach out to us at returns@low-chlo.com.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
